Jean-Philippe Nominé
Biography
Dr Jean-Philippe Nominé – Graduated from Ecole
Polytechnique (Palaiseau) in 1986 and holds a PhD in
Robotics, Pierre-et-Marie Curie University (Paris). Dr
Nominé joined CEA HPC division in 1992, where he held
different managing positions in HPC software development.
Since 2008 he has been managing European HPC
collaborations at CEA in Bruyères-le-Châtel, in
conjunction with TGCC Supercomputing Centre activities. He
was a Member of PRACE AISBL Board of Directors between
mid-2010 and the end of 2011. Dr Nominé has been a member
of the ETP4HPC Office since 2012, where he now manages the
French Office hub and works as an Expert. He is also
strongly involved in EXDCI project (www.exdci.eu), in
particular leading the Work Package on ‘Impact Monitoring
Methods and Tools’ for the European HPC ecosystem.
